- Tumis 3 ulas bawang putih dalam olive oil. ( i used onion masa first time pun sedap gak).
- Agak2 dah brownish, masukkan udang kalau suka.
- Masukkan capsicum / red chili flakes (we like capsicum) dan mushroom butang yang dah slice
- Masukkan spices (oregano, parsley flakes). Kalau dapat fresh parsley lagi best
- Masukkan spagetthi yang dah al dente. (masa nak al dente tu, masukkan olive oil and garam sikit so that ada rasa sikit and tak melekat)
- Kacau kacau and siap
- Hidangkan dengan drummet ayam (feveret en suami, mesti ada drummet)

Spagetthi Aglio Olio
That was what we had for dinner. This is the second attempt of making this dish since I was so tired last night. Hehehe. My first attempt was on last Monday when me and little hero at home together for lunch, and he just loves pasta and mee. Gambar ini adalah gambar dari first attempt. Last night, we had this with the Ayamas Drummet. Pun sedap.

dulu aku selalu masak ni,sbb keje kan,tak larat nak masak yg rumit2.haha.yg ni senang & cepat & mudah....tapi,resepi kita lain skit.aku masuk spageti dulu,baru oregano/parsley semua tu.ekekke...aku main belasah jeee.tp takpe,asal sedap di mulut,kenyang di perut!!haha....
kan. aku sebelum ni malas nak buat mende nih, macam tak tahu nak makan ngan apa. Sekali anak aku suka pasta, kat neseri suka tol pasta and mee. So mak nye kena lah cuba2 kan, kang sumbat nasi kang, slow makan. ekekek
