The reason the boss is the boss

After attending the same meeting with the boss, I have come to my senses why the boss is the boss.. ;)

Seeing the boss calmly dealing with the consultants and users make me think of the reason why the boss is the boss.. The boss handles questions and answers in a diplomatic way.. When the boss is not sure, the boss calmly but firmly said that the boss need to look further into it.. Although at times I knew the boss didn't even know what actually the consultant wants.. :)

Learn to be diplomatic yet firm..
Learn to be able to answer questions confidently (no matter you understand it or not)..
Learn to handle a meeting smoothly.. These are the first few steps to climb the ladder (The fast way?? U decide)

And you will be the boss one day.. Hmmm....
